Maigadi Yohanna Zira
Chairman
The Board has Mr Zira
Maigadi (the Managing Director of AP
plc) as Chairman while the Managing Director
is Mr. Pedro Adigwe, alongside
two other directors namely Stan Okereke
(Financial Controller AP Oilfield Services Limited,
and Ebunni Okocha (Executive
Director Services, AP Plc).
Mr. Zira
Maigadi, a native of Adamawa State was the immediate
past Executive Director, Finance of African
Petroleum Plc. He obtained a B.Sc. degree in
Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria
and a Masters degree in Banking and Finance
from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He has
worked for over 21 years majoring in Treasury
Management, Corporate/Strategic Planning, Corporate
Finance, Management /Administration and is an
affiliate of ACA (ICAN), ACTI, MNI, AICM.
Mr.
Pedro Adigwe
Managing Director Mr Adigwe
has Masters in Business Administration from Lagos
State University (LASU), Master Degree in Petroleum
Geology; University of Benin, Benin City and Bachelor
of Science Degree from University of Benin, Benin
City. He has worked in a number of companies which
include: SADIQ PETROLEUM (NIG.) LTD VICTORIA ISLAND
LAGOS, NIGERIA (General Manager/Alternate Managing
Director: ), SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
DELTA STATE, NIGERIA (Nigerian Geophysical Consultant/Quality
Control Geophysicist (Contract Employment)), GENERAL
OIL LIMITED, NIGERIA (Exploration Manager), UNITED
GEOPHYSICAL (NIGERIA) LIMITED, NIGERIA (Processing
Geophysicist), SEISMOGRAPH SERVICE (NIGERIA) LIMITED),
NIGERIA (Seismologist).
Mr.
Okocha Nwaebuni
Executive Director Services Mr. `Ebuni
Okocha is a graduate of Political Science from
Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.
He also obtained a Diploma degree in Political
Economy from Truman Junior College, Chicago, Illinois,
U.S.A. He is married with children.
He is presently the Executive
Director Services, African Petroleum Plc. Before
this appointment, he had served in various capacities
such as the Senior Sales-man for State Farm Insurance.
Resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Ebunny
Holdings to take up a higher responsibility in
Christmatel as the Managing Director. With his
16 year-wealth of experience, he then moved on
to African Petroleum Plc, first as the General
Manager Services in 2002 and then the Executive
Director Services since 2004.
Mr.
Okereke Stanislaus Uzondu
Financial Controller Mr. Stanislaus
Okereke holds a Masters degree in Business Administration,
majoring in Finance, HND (Accounts), Associate
Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI)
and a fellow of ICAN. Presently, he is the Financial
Controller of AP Oilfields Services Ltd., the
erstwhile Financial Controller of Star-AP Joint
Venture.
He has 24 years continous
working experience in various organisations. He
worked for 14 years handling various Accounting
positions in AP Plc. He also worked for 10 years
at managerial level in other organisations like
IGN Nig Ltd. (Subsidiary of Wesminister Dredging
Nig Ltd.) and Iheanacho Anyanwu & Co. (Chartered
Accountants).
